●        You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

●     Your Content: You retain full ownership of the content (such as product listings, photos, descriptions) you upload. By posting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and share your content solely to operate and promote the App.

●     Our Content: The App, including design, features, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written consent.

6. Transactions and Payments

●        Janbk provides a platform for promotion and community connection. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, actual sales, payments, and delivery remain solely between you and your customers.

●        We are not liable for disputes, fraud, or delivery issues arising from your business transactions.
